Malinska → Saska
beach, Cres
A lonely pebble beach on the east coast of Cres, facing Krk, with no road and no crowds.
Saska beach lies on the east coast of Cres, north of Merag, directly opposite Glavotok. No road reaches it, so even in mid-August it is nearly empty: coarse pebbles, steep slopes above and water that drops deep right off the shore. About twenty minutes from Malinska across Kvarner; it is sheltered from westerly winds, while in a bora it is better to stay along Krk.
